ELLE SPEER

My Labrador Retriever, Joey, is the subject of my project. This is based off of one of my favorite pictures I've taken of him. I have and have had other pets and animals, but Joey is very important and special to me because he's the only one I've raised, trained, and taken care of myself. Overall, I think I'm satisfied with how it turned out. There are a few things I think I did poorly with, such as his body. I think I should've taken more time on it. I think I reached my goal though. The important part, his face, looks alright. I think I handled the highlighted parts of him on the left side of his face, but it was my least favorite part. I had a lot of trouble getting it how I wanted it. At times this project got very boring and felt tedious due to the repetition, but it was very relaxing too.  I really enjoyed it because of how it turned out.
